join our team.

**Role Overview**

We’re seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to support our marketing

efforts across a variety of channels. You’ll play a key role in helping to grow our audience,

increase engagement, and drive traffic and sales through strategic and creative campaigns.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow in the digital marketing space, with

hands-on experience and support to develop new skills in areas such as paid media and

SEO.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Social Media Marketing: Create, schedule, and publish content across platforms

(Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) in line with brand tone and strategy.
- Video Content: Appear in and assist with the creation of engaging video content for

social media and marketing campaigns.
- Content Creation: Develop written and visual content to support marketing initiatives

(e.g. blogs, product highlights, promotions).

CRM platform, ensuring high engagement and click-through rates.
- Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and reporting of digital

campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, track and report on key marketing metrics to

support decision-making and campaign optimisation.
- General Support: Work closely with the Head of Marketing to support wider team

goals and projects as required.

**Essential**:

- **1+ years** of experience in a marketing role or relevant degree
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable appearing in front of the camera for video content
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- A self-starter with strong time-management and organisational skills

**Desirable**:

- Experience with video creation/editing (Reels, TikTok, Shorts, Capcut)
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, Mailchimp)
- Any exposure to SEO or paid advertising platforms (Google/Microsoft Ads)
- Experience using **Canva**
