**The Job...**

As the new Marketing Executive, you'll be joining an industry leading business established 30 years ago. You'll get to work alongside and continue learning from an experienced team including the Head of Marketing, designers, copywriters, and the ecommerce team.

**You'll be responsible for**:

- Briefing designers and writers, and coordinating monthly direct mail and annual product catalogue
- Reviewing campaign data to gain insights and improve future activity
- Additional ad hoc marketing requirements

**About You...**

This is a well-established business that has a family feel, whilst also enjoying significant investment from the overseas parent company. This role would be ideal for a Marketing Assistant looking for a step up in responsibility, or an existing Marketing Executive looking for a new challenge in a market leading, interesting, business.

**Here's some of the experience you need to be able to demonstrate**:

- 1+ years of experience in a Marketing role
- Experience of working across digital and print projects
- A marketing degree or similar qualification
- Good attention to detail and a keen eye for what makes good design

**The Company...**

The business operates a relatively flat hierarchy from a modern, open-plan office. You'll love day to day collaboration with your colleagues, in an environment you'll genuinely enjoy being in - there are breakout areas with pool and football tables and a very supportive team and culture. This business invests significantly in training to make their people the best they can be. This is a full time office based position, and there is some flexibility in working hours enabling earlier start and finish times.
