CREA Norfolk is a not-for-profit, Community Interest Company. CREA’s mission is to inspire and support creative arts and design, theatre, musical creativity, digital technologies and physical activity for individuals who have previously struggled to find a place to train and harness their skills and talents. Due to increased demand, we are looking for a proactive Administrator to support the running of CREA.
**Essential Skills**
- Bookkeeping
- Data management and report building
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Reliable and proactive approach
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- IT proficiency (particularly spreadsheets, Microsoft Office 365)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to develop an understanding of the local youth culture
- Ability to work solo as well as part of a team and work remotely

- Fundraising (bid writing and sourcing funds)

- **The Role**:
- **Your role will include**:
- Bookkeeping and financial records
- Collating financial data and reports
- Interacting with young people at times, both physically and remotely
- Ensuring organisational records are accurate and well-maintained
- Supporting the development of new office systems
- Keeping equipment inventory up to date
- Diary management for staff training
- Maintaining project records
- Supporting the induction of staff and providers

**The Interview**
- 40 minutes in Kings Lynn
- Panel: Two Directors plus Youth Board
- Format: Conversation based with no ‘trick’ questions
**Conditions**
- 12 hours per week. Flexible. Monday to Friday
- Pay: £15 per hour
