**Quality Experience Officer (Apprenticeship)**

**Fixed term for 24 months (2 years)**

**Salary range £21,192 to £24,057**

**The role is career graded from Grade 5 to Grade 7 and you must meet the criteria including completion of the apprenticeship, within the 2 years, before moving to a new grade.**

**This is an exciting role working as part of the Quality and Contract team, gathering feedback from people on their experiences of using adult social care services. Most of the role will involve telephone calls and it would be ideal for someone who has an interest in adult social care services and enjoys speaking with people.**

**There will be opportunities to visit services with Quality and Contracts Officers and you will work with another Quality Experience Officer to help improve the quality of services people receive.**

**You will be hybrid working with time spent working from home, in the office (County Hall) and visiting services with Quality and Contracts Officers.**

**As part of the role, you will complete a Level 2 Apprenticeship - Customer Service Practitioner. You will be given full training and time to complete the apprenticeship and will be supported to develop your skills in working with people, understanding information and data analysis.**

**Essential requirements**:
**Commitment to complete the Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship**

**An awareness of safeguarding people at risk of harm**

**Able to speak with people at ease and provide advice in accurate spoken English**

**Ability to understand data and balance risk**
