To support the Manager and Deputy Manager in day to day tasks and provide cover in situations and take charge of your team, report to the Manager on a daily basis while you’re on shift.

To support the home to cover holidays, sickness etc. Working as part of a committed team to provide quality care for residents whilst maintaining a degree of independence and dignity. Senior Care Assistants will be expected to participate in a key worker system.

A Senior Care Assistant plays a major part in creating a happy and caring atmosphere and is involved in a wide range of general caring services and duties. A totally flexible approach is necessary.

Senior Care Assistants will be actively encouraged to undertake a Diploma in Health and Social Care

All employees are bound by Company Rules and the Residents Charter as detailed in separate documents.

All employees to abide by the Company Values and deliver this into their working practice

Administer medication to residents at the set times.

To take part in staff and residents meetings and

attend training sessions when requested.**_______**

Pay: £13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 38.5 per week

**Experience**:

- providing care: 2 years (required)
- supervisory: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
- NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (required)
