We match our support workers to our clients based on mutual interests and hobbies to help build bonds of trust and enables us to provide personalised support.Responsibilities Provide companionship and social interaction to clients Assist with personal care as required Support with cooking meals, shopping, and daily tasks Engage in meaningful conversations and reminiscence about life Build trusted relationships with clients and tailor support to individual needsQualifications No prior experience or qualifications required; we offer a comprehensive training and support package Useful to have experience in a care setting or interacting with older people (e.g., caring for a family member or voluntary work) Passion for supporting others and delivering outstanding service Reliability, trustworthiness, and respect; comfortable spending time in the company of othersBenefits and Additional Information Rate of pay from £13.75 to £14.75 at weekends; double pay for Bank Holidays Mileage and pension contributions Flexible working hours Industry-leading training and excellent supportApplication and contact information:If you're looking for work which is extremely rewarding and offers flexibility to meet clients' needs, we would love to hear from you.
