We expect all of our health Care Assistants use this rule, with every client they visit.

Quality time is essential when it comes to providing outstanding care and building a real bond with clients, which is why we always make sure our Health Care Assistants visit our lovely clients for a minimum of one hour. We believe in a relationship-led approach, with clients paired with Heath Care Assistants based on personality and shared interests.

**Job Description**:
If you are looking to make a real difference in your local community and connect with older people in a meaningful, life changing way, we would love to hear from you. We have an exciting opportunity for a new Health Care Assistant to join our** team in Morpeth and the surrounding areas**.

We offer a range of contract options, from guaranteed hours, to zero hours if you would prefer to start with fewer visits, giving you the option to build up if you wish.

No two visits are the same, daily tasks can range from:

- Assisting with personal care, helping your client wash and dress.
- Meal preparation and light house work
- Accompanying your client to appointments
- Companionship

**Qualifications**:
No previous care experience necessary. We are looking for people from across the community who share in our values to provide compassionate care and get to know our clients as you would your own family.
