**Essential Requirements**:

- A confident and professional telephone manner
- Energetic and enthusiastic approach
- Willingness to learn new processes and methods of working
- Ability to pick new things up quickly
- Computer literate
- Good eye for detail
- Ability to maintain customer data quality ensuring accuracy, relevance and completeness across the organisation

**Desirable**:
Previous experience with support desk software (Zendesk)

Previous experience with live chat

Previous experience in a customer facing role

**A day in the life of;**

Responsible for delivering quotes to customers within set timescales, looking after and proactively supporting customers who may be struggling with getting their order to print, keeping an eye on orders to ensure customers are clear on their order status.

We offer full training, working closely with more experienced members of our team. As you gain experience, you will begin to work independently, using your initiative to deliver fun, friendly and efficient service to our customers throughout the UK and beyond.
