Our client, a leading car manufacturer are currently looking for a Customer Experience Manager to join their business based out of their luxury BMW Bolton Dealership.
The Customer Experience Manager is responsible for managing the service team ensuring that exceptional service standards and processes are maintained and customer expectations are exceeded.
This is the ideal role for an experienced Manager within the Automotive sector looking to increase their earning potential and to work with a great company with state-of-the-art facilities.
A Customer Experience Manager will:
- To be an integral part of the service team ensuring that exceptional service standards and processes are maintained and customer expectations are exceeded.
- To deal with customers' requirements for service and repair work in an efficient and courteous manner to ensure a high standard of customer service.
- To carry out systematic follow up, upsell and prospecting activities in order to maintain and build the volume of work for the service department.
- To ensure service standards and processes are achieved and maintained by all service advisors.
- To ensure that customer expectations are exceeded.
- To ensure the smooth running of the service desk on a daily basis.
To be a Customer Experience Manager
- Experience within the Automotive sector within a Managerial position
- Have excellent customer service skills
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Have a desire to succeed
- Thrive under pressure
- Have a friendly, positive, confident attitude towards customer service and sales.
