Our developing E-commerce department (based at the largest branch in New Southgate) is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the customer experience is as smooth as possible, from the start of the order, to the point of delivery and beyond.**_

**The role**:
As part of the E-commerce department, you will act as the first point of contact for all our online customers, ensuring that they are provided with exceptional levels of customer service, as well as providing the best and most appropriate solutions for any issues that may arise. Training provided for our CRM and stock management systems.

**Your duties will include**:
Providing excellent levels of customer satisfaction
Aiming for first time resolution
Liaising with other departments to resolve issues
Updating the systems with relevant notes
Dealing with other tasks in the department, where necessary.

**Person Specification**:
Minimum of 1 years' customer service experience in a call centre or online / E-commerce customer service department
Strong PC skills
Excellent levels of communication in both verbal and written format
Attention to detail and effective and empathetic listening skills
Excellent organisation skills and ability to prioritise workload
Able to work 8:00 am - 5:00 pm shift (with 1 hour for lunch).
