Overview:
Expleo has a requirement for a number of experienced PDLs who will have responsibility for delivery and commercial performance of a portfolio of projects.

The PDL will report directly to the relevant Account Delivery Leads (ADL’s), and the positions being advertised are:
**PDL: Pipe Module Design and Module Manufacture + PED - As part of the BAE Systems Marine team**

**PDL: T26, Build Line Support Barrow and Sit4444 Barrow - As part of the BAE Systems Marine team**

**PDL: Babcock, MOD and emerging Marine projects - As part of the Babcock, MOD and Emerging Marine markets team**

This role will work in conjunction with the Country Capability Leads for MPE/ME.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver the agreed business strategy and take responsibility for achievement of business objectives, including support to winning proposals
- Capability development and business planning to deliver department growth
- Commercial responsibility for the delivery and performance (Project Margin/ OTD/OQD, customer satisfaction) of their projects
- Define and develop trackers and KPIs, and the development of SQCDP for the areas of responsibility
- Ensure that PFRs are performed in line with company process and to the standard and frequency set by the Head of Projects
- The leadership of staff and management of resources to achieve targeted objectives including, but not limited to, budgeted performance, employee development and business development
- Assessing and monitoring the performance of staff and arranging for training of personnel in accordance with company needs and in conjunction with the UK Country MPE/ME Lead and People Services Manager
- Support recruitment of staff for MPE/ME working closely with talent acquisition and Country Leads

Qualifications:

- To be considered for this role, applicants will be educated to HND / Degree level within an Engineering, Project Management or Business/Operational Management field or/and be able to demonstrate other experience and proven capability

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in an Operational, Functional or Programme leadership
- Technical and Commercial acumen
- Experience of performance management of people & teams
- KPI ownership & delivery
