Join us as Project Lead Integration & Engagement (Project Delivery Professional) where you will engage across a complex landscape that draws on multidisciplinary expertise to establish clear governance frameworks within Technology Programmes that integrate with business standards and underpin the work of our engineering teams on next generation product technologies.You will work closely with the wider Project team Assistant Chief Engineering teams our customers network of Technical Leads and wider key stakeholders in the UK Ministry of Defence to achieve this as well as wider partners across the UK technical role you will report to the Project Delivery Manager Capability & Future Product. As a minimum were all expected to attend the workplace for collaboration and other specific reasons on average three days per week.What you will be doing: As a Project Governance & Engagement Lead you will:Contribute to a team of project delivery professionals to operate at a high standard and deliver exceptional service creating an environment that enables people to excel by sharing strengths and working as a collaborative team.Work closely with the Project Delivery Manager and Project Lead to integrate all aspects of stakeholder engagement across the business and with the customer to establish and operate effective collaborative governance arrangements aligned to our business processes (project and engineering).Lead on distilling voluminous complex information (programme and engineering) to simplified written summaries and visualisations able to be tailored for consumption by all levels of internal and external stakeholders.Work with the delivery team to maintain a clear line of sight on programme direction and manage related engagement and communication with relevant stakeholders.Who were looking for:At Rolls-Royce we put safety first do the right thing keep it simple and make a difference. Able to work collaboratively to deliver quality outputs at pace with clear a case and evidence.Technical communication experience beneficial: experience in the absorption decomposition and reproduction of highly technical information to simplified narratives.Programme or account management experience: knowledge of project management practices including business cases risk and benefits management; APM PMQ APMG PPC or equivalent experience.
