As a minimum were all expected to attend the workplace for collaboration and other specific reasons on average three days per week.What you will be doing:The successful delivery to cost specification and time for a defined package of work and organise and chair schedule review meetings and report arrears where executive decisions need to be madeResponsible for the creation and maintenance of project / critical component delivery schedules in P6 Primavera planning softwareManage risk and identify treatment options and provide information necessary to make management decisions to the key stakeholdersKey contributor to the various performance reviews with an understanding of key performance metrics and a proactive approach to recovery planningEnsure the ERP system is maintained working alongside MRPs to accurately forecast the programs.Who were looking for:At Rolls-Royce we put safety first do the right thing keep it simple and make a difference. They are the fundamental qualities that we seek for all roles.Team player with excellent people skillsExperience of working in an Integrated Project Team environment ideally gained within the engineering/manufacturing sectorAbility to build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholdersDemonstrate a positive can do attitude to deliver on promises and commitments and be able to adapt to changes in the working environment managing competing demands to make the best use of time and resources and managing a number of tasks simultaneously prioritising activities to meet deadlines.Attained APM Project Management Qualification or equivalent; or can demonstrate equivalent PM knowledge.Working towards or willingness to undertake membership of Association of Project Management (AMAPM or MAPM).Proficient in Microsoft Office experience of SAP and P6 preferable.Formore than 60 years Rolls-Royce Submarines has designed supplied and supported the nuclear propulsion plant providing power for all UK Royal Navy nuclear submarines.To work for Rolls-Royce Submarines an individual must hold a Security Check clearance. We will support the application for Security Clearance if you dont already have it.
