An opportunity has arisen to play a significant part in the development and implementation of our Supplier Planning activities.

As MBDA develops our Operational Excellence process this role gives you the opportunity to be in from the beginning of a totally new function shaping our Supplier Planning activities aligned to the for Oliver Wight Class A standards.

Working within ISP (Procurement) but with close working relationships with Manufacturing Operations you will have specific supplier/category opportunity to drive improved delivery and inventory performance.
**What we're looking for**
- Someone who is very good at planning and numeracy and ideally with a background in an MRP environment.
- Experienced at working with a large ERP systems, ideally SAP.
- Goal orientated with strong cultural awareness, excellent team working capabilities and able to drive key decisions through the supply base.
- Ideally with experience of both working with suppliers as well as within a manufacturing environment.

Join the brand new Supplier Planning Team, part of and supported by the broader ISP-S Team you will work very closely with the Buyers, Supply Chain Managers and IME Teams, mutually supporting each other to drive better supplier performance. This new team are ideally placed to work closely with the Manufacturing Ops Team giving a unique opportunity to collaboratively work across Manufacturing, ISP and our Supply Base.
