**The Recipe**
- To undertake and complete a Supply Chain management Degree. To provide efficient and effective administration and finance support function to the Primary Logistics team. Compiling operational reports for PLT and wider company. Creation of Purchase Orders with controls in place, KPI Reporting daily, weekly, period and management period pack. Support the freezer export operation and the wider management team.

**The Role**
- You’ll be responsible for producing KPI reports for the Planning Logistics team and the wider business as required, as well as creating and monitoring Purchase Orders, including 3rd party and Export. Producing a weekly & period summary. You’ll support the Freezer Export Manager and Management of customer accounts on ad hoc duties associated with the role and changing requirements of the business.
- You’ll also be responsible for the upkeep of all the reporting/execution files used on a daily and periodic basis by the PLT Planning and Management teams, and provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers. Supporting the Primary Logistics management team with administration and projects as required.
- Throughout this you’ll undertake a fully funded 4 year Supply Chain Management Degree, paid for by Warburtons and demonstrate commitment to studies.

**Essential Ingredients**
- Demonstrates an interest in a career in Supply Chain / Transport or Logistics.
- Commitment to learning on the job and travel to university to complete the supply chain leadership professional degree over 4 years.
- Proficient in excel, word and PowerPoint and good general IT skills.
- Ability to analyse data and make recommendations.
- Ability to meet deadlines and be self-motivated to complete work.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to develop positive working relationships with internal and external customers/departments.
- An excellent time manager who is used to working and achieving tight deadlines on a regular basis (weekly and monthly).
