**Main Purpose of the Role**:
The Technical Administrator at Whitworth Bros Ltd. supports the technical and quality teams by maintaining key documentation, including supplier questionnaires and specifications, within the D365 system. The role involves collating quality data, preparing reports, assisting with audits, and managing customer complaints. Additionally, the administrator runs regular business intelligence reports, ensuring data accuracy. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining product quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

- Monday - Friday 8.00-17.00_
**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Support & Specifications**: Provide accurate information for supplier questionnaires and product specifications, ensuring customers have the details they need to make informed decisions.
- **D365 System Maintenance**: Assist in keeping the D365 system updated with accurate product specifications and flour codes, streamlining data management.
- **Quality Documentation Management**: Help maintain quality system documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and supporting overall product excellence.
- **Reporting & Data Insights**: Collect and analyse quality data, preparing reports for internal teams and external customers to drive informed decision-making.
- **Customer Complaint Management**: Log complaints into the D365 system, support investigations, and prepare detailed responses that resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
- **BI Reporting**: Run daily, monthly, and quarterly reports using BI tools to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Supplier Module Administration
- Assisting with product returns and working closely with the Customer Service team.

- Knowledge of quality and food safety requirements.
- Good communication, both verbal and written in dealing in colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
- Strong IT skills.
- Full UK driving license
