Here at GXO, we are on the lookout for a **Warehouse System Administrator**to join our team at our **Wellingborough** site, supporting our customer, VMO2. You will provide first line support to the operation in dealing with a range of system and process related issues.

This is a full time, permanent position and working **any 5 out of 7 days, between the hours of** **22:00 - 06:00.**

**What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Support the operation with system issues and technical knowledge
- Escalate issues to correct teams, that cannot be resolved in-house
- Investigate ad-hoc issues and provide solutions
- Resolve queries highlighted from the operation and the customer
- Complete and build new or one-off reports as required by the operation and the customer

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Previous experience with WMS systems, DLX knowledge would be an advantage
- SQL Query and report writing skills advantageous, but training will be provided
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- High level of general IT knowledge this includes radio data
terminals, printers, PCs
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
