If you're skilled in WMS systems, SQL reporting, and a wide range of IT hardware-including printers, PCs, and radio data terminals, then we want to hear from you Here at GXO, we are on the lookout for a Warehouse Systems Administrator to join our team at our Wellingborough site, supporting our customer, VMO2. You will provide first line support to the operation in dealing with a range of system and process related issues. This is a full time, permanent position and working any 5 out of 7 days, rotating between 6am - 2pm & 2pm - 10pm. Pay, benefits and more: We're looking to offer a salary of up to £32,000 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). You'll also have access to our MyBenefits platform offering a variety of high street discounts, a cycle to work scheme, cashback cards, a saving scheme and much more What you'll do on a typical day: Support the operation with system issues and technical knowledge Escalate issues to correct teams, that cannot be resolved in-house Investigate ad-hoc issues and provide solutions Resolve queries highlighted from the operation and the customer Provide subject matter expertise to support Systems related projects. Complete and build new or one-off reports as required by the operation and the customer What you need to succeed at GXO Previous experience with WMS systems, DLX knowledge would be an advantage SQL Query and report writing skills advantageous, but training will be provided Excellent organisational and time management skills High level of general IT knowledge this includes radio data terminals, printers, PCs Effective communication skills, both written and verbal We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
