Sales Administrator

To be responsible for arranging viewings of properties, providing feedback to vendors of viewings, typing sales memorandums/invoices/letters and showroom displays, sales progression with both vendors/purchasers and solicitors whilst ensuring the compliance of the industry and companies policies and practices.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Ensure thorough recording of clients’ details, requests and conversations.
- Up sell additional services and amenities.
- Successfully negotiating offers and progressing Sales through to completion
- Maintaining good relationships with all Vendors and Purchasers
- Liaise with investors to encourage the growth of their portfolios and introduce them to opportunities.
- To ensure all leads are followed through and completed to closure, ensuring an agreeable deal for all parties has been delivered.
- Listen to and attend to clients’ requests and requirements.
- Working with management to ensure fee levels and cross-sales are achieved
- To hit targets as agreed with you and your line manager.
- To cover offices in various locations.
- EPC Registering and purchasing
- Ensuring Vendor compliance
- Board Instructing
- Assisting staff in more junior roles than yourself (namely Apprentice and Junior Sales Negotiators)
- To carry out all duties as detailed for your role in the Company’s job role matrix.
**Skills**:
- Very good IT skills
- Very good communication skills
- Very good numeracy & literacy skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet strict deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to develop, monitor and maintain management information, systems and procedures
- Good telephone manner
- Very good organisational skills
- Very good planning skills
Hours are Tuesday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm and Saturdays 9am - 4pm.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
