Purchase Ledger Clerk

Our exclusive client are currently recruiting an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their busy team. This company offer excellent benefits including working a 35 hour week, flexible start and finish time and working from home.
The duties of the role:
- Processing high volumes of supplier invoices
- Dealing with supplier queries
- Supplier account reconciliations
- Processing any supplier refunds when necessary
- Processing CIS deductions and payments
- Processing proforma invoices
- Liaising with managers for approval of invoices
- Banking duties including BACS/CHAPS
- Any other duties to support the smooth running of the department
You must have a high attention to detail, be naturally organised and have excellent communication skills.
In return you will be paid a competitive salary, work a 35 hour week, flexible start and finish time, have the option to work from home two days per week and good holidays and pension.
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: Up to £26,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
