- Processing invoices and reconciling to purchase orders
- Setting up new supplier accounts and updating existing account details
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Processing expenses
- Processing BACS payments
- Resolving queries
- Ad hoc duties

**Profile**
- Have previous experience working within purchase ledger - essential
- Be able to hit the ground running - essential
- Have experience working within a shared service centre or multi-site business - essential
- Be able to manage work load - essential
- Be proactive and independent - essential
