We are recruiting for a Field Coordinator / Planning Administrator based in Bolton, working hours are: 35 hours per week, between 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday, with 1 hour for lunch.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for assisting Field Operation Manager Field Support Team and Agents in administration tasks, scheduling, communications and client relations.
- Administrations tasks include but are not limited to: Managing Agents in relation to plan completion performance on a daily basis, maintaining and monitoring accounts to completion.
- Primary function in supporting the day to day administration, and assist Agents in all tasks related to performance and implementation.Dealing with Agent queries and problems
- Coordinating agents on agent stationary and marketing materials
- coordinate the agents accounts and travel arrangements
- Audio Listening, reviewing Agents doorstep visits for quality checking purposes and to highlight if any training or support is needed
- Assist with training requirements and troubleshooting device issues
- Supporting other departments for admin and post

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a administrative position is essential.
- Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Outlook. Knowledge of Excel is critical.
- Extremely detail-oriented with the ability to recall information quickly and effectively prioritise workflow.
- Capable of multitasking and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills with a good telephone manner.
- Ability to work independently while seeking guidance when needed.
- Initiative, proactive approach, and good judgment in decision-making.
- High standards of ethics and confidentiality to handle sensitive information.
- Friendly, personable, and able to build harmonious working relationships with clients, co-workers, and the public.
- Team player with adaptability to changing needs and environments.
