The Role

This part-time position (2 days per week minimum) combines workflow optimization through technology with overseeing Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) coordination. While you will be the internal point of contact for all HSE matters, you’ll work closely with our external HSE consultancy for expert guidance and support. This role is ideal for a proactive professional looking for flexibility and an opportunity to shape the operational foundation of a growing company.

Key Responsibilities
- Technology and Workflow Optimization
- Analyze current workflows, identifying areas for improvement or automation.
- Design and implement streamlined, technology-based processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Ensure seamless integration of technology with day-to-day operations.
- Provide staff training and support on new systems and processes.

HSE Coordination
- Act as the primary liaison with our external HSE specialist company.
- Implement recommendations and ensure compliance with HSE policies and procedures.
- Facilitate HSE audits, risk assessments, and inspections with support from external specialists.

Performance and Innovation
- Use data and analytics to track and evaluate workflow effectiveness and HSE compliance.
- Recommend and implement innovative solutions to enhance both operational efficiency and safety.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in workflow optimization, technology implementation, and/or process design.
- Familiarity with HSE practices and willingness to work with external experts to ensure compliance.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as ERP, CRM, or workflow software.
- Excellent problem-solving and project management abilities.
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and staff training.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable approach.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £12.50-£15.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
