**Payroll and Benefits Administrator (Ref:MW45012)**

A financial institute is looking for a Payroll and Benefits Administrator.
Working within the Payroll and Benefits Team and you will provide support to the Payroll and Benefits Manager in the production of the Payrolls for their Local, Delegate and Branch employees. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Payroll and Benefits Mailbox supporting colleagues with questions on a wide range of Payroll and Benefits matters. At times, you will also be asked to provide support on Delegate Mobility related matters.

**TYPE**: Permanent, full-time
**WORKING HOURS**: 9:00-17:00 from Monday to Friday (Currently 3 days in the office, 2 days’ work from home - It may change depending on the company’s decision.)

**SALARY**: up to £45k, depending on experience

**START**: ASAP

**LOCATION**: City of London

**Payroll and Benefits Administrator RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Supporting the Payroll Manager with the production of the UK Payroll as well as Bahrain, Geneva, and Paris Payrolls
- Provide support with the production of the Delegate Payroll and Mobility matters
- Manage the Payroll and Benefits mailbox, answering questions from colleagues on a wide range of Payroll and Benefits matters
- Manage the reconciliation of and payments over of liabilities to the HMRC
- Manage the completion of month end and year end reconciliations
- Manage the annual production of the PSA
- Manage the updating of Benefit Memberships Data to Third Party providers
- Manage the production of Sister Company Invoices
- Manage the raising of Oracle Vouchers for cyclical and adhoc payments
- Manage the raising of Purchase Orders and the receipting of Invoices
- Manage the administration of Zellis Workflows and Absence Recording

**Payroll and Benefits Administrator IDEAL CANDIDATE**:

- Previous Payroll and Benefits experience
- Some accounts/HR experience will be advantageous
- Have some experience of working in a multi-national environment and an awareness of Global Mobility and cultural issues across Europe and Japan
- Able to work independently on key tasks whilst providing support to the team
- Business level of English is required
- Japanese language skill
- PC skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
