Payroll & Benefits Manager

A high profile financial services business are currently looking to recruit a Payroll & Benefits Manager to join them on a permanent basis.
This is sole role & will take full responsibility for the payroll function and support with benefit administration,
**Reporting into HR, the Payroll & Benefits Manager duties will be**:
- Full start to finish processing for a UK payroll.
- Coordination of several EMEA payrolls using in-country providers.
- Accurate and timely HMRC submissions.
- Benefit administration - including renewals, negotiating new benefits, resolving benefit related queries.
- Working closely with senior stakeholders in regards to payroll related projects.
A hybrid working pattern is available for this role along with fantastic benefits.
