**Key Achievements & Responsibilities**
- Conduct detailed research to ensure product (conference & webinar) content is aligned with needs and requirements of our key stakeholders
- Working closely with stakeholders to ensure content reflects the developing needs and requirements of our professionals
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (internal & external)
- Produce high value conference programmes and webinars that reflect the needs of the target audience
- Produce highly targeted and comprehensive product briefs
- Lead briefing meetings with internal stakeholders - strategic partnership teams, marketing team, external sponsorship agency
- Recruit high level speakers and provide continuous support to them
- Collaborate with the Product Delivery team to ensure quality products are being delivered in line with the agreed best practice
- Adhere to deadlines and timescales
- Work closely with the product development team to QA training slides received from trainers

**Expected outcomes**
- RICS products content are developed in line with market demand and RICS strategic objectives
- Customer satisfaction with RICS products grows
- Products are profitable and revenue targets are achieved or exceeded

**Experience Required**
- Production of high level and commercially attractive product content, probably from either a conferences.
- Commercial conference production skills - topic generation, researching, validating and speaker acquisition
- Ability to influence stakeholders to deliver conference objectives and results
- Ability to spot new trends.
- Ability to work to multiple priorities and tight deadlines, remaining pragmatic and results-focused
- Research and analytical skills
- Knowledge and experience within the land, property and built environment surveying areas desirable
- Business development acumen, financially astute and commercially aware
- Research and analytical skills
- Working collaboratively with colleagues in a matrix environment and building relationships built on trust
- Communication - ability to articulate views on strategies and products and able to work with multiple stakeholders
- Stakeholder relationship management
- Culturally aware with the ability to operate effectively in a global role and work with teams from diverse cultural backgrounds and expertise
