We specialise in producing high-quality medical publications, including ENT&Audiology News, Urology News, Eye News, and The PMFA Journal. In addition to our core magazines, we regularly produce specialist supplements and have recently launched Trainee Matters, a new Substack blog for early-career healthcare professionals.

Our titles are distributed in print across the UK & Ireland and reach over 120,000 digital readers worldwide. We’re passionate about sharing expert medical insight in an accessible, engaging way — and we’re growing our digital capabilities to do just that.

**About the Role**

**Part-time (3 days per week)**

You'll take the lead in designing and scheduling:

- **Sales promotions, event eshots**, and **conference materials**:

- Digital visuals/illustrations for **supplements** and **new online initiatives**, including Trainee Matters

You’ll collaborate closely with our sales, editorial, and production teams to ensure our digital output is well-designed, brand-consistent, and effectively tailored to our audiences. In addition, you’ll keep track of and report back on performance statistics and suggest ways of optimising content to increase key metrics such as open rates and click-through rates.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Proficient in **Adobe Creative Suite** (mainly Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign)
- Comfortable managing a production schedule and juggling multiple deadlines
- A strong communicator, able to liaise across departments to deliver quality work
