HR Coordinator

**Experienced HR Coordinator required for very busy commercial bakery in Spalding.**
**40 hour week - Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm some flexibility required to cover night shift when needed**
Reporting to the Site Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of HR, including generalist, recruitment and training functions and management of one HR/Payroll administrator
Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Full cycle recruitment for all roles in the bakery from initial advertising through to induction and on boarding.
- Generalist duties including supporting disciplinaries, grievances, assisting managers with appraisals, advice and guidance to managers on staff issues.
- Sending investigation and disciplinary invitation letters, note taking in meetings, sending outcome letters
- Conducting 1:1s with Production Managers from an HR perspective, coaching and developing on people matters. Management of the PDP plans and process.
- Arranging training for staff including writing and delivering Toolbox talks, writing and delivering training to all staff. Maintain and update the training Matrix.
- Manager Internal communications, run the Works Council.
- Manage the absence management process (Bradford Factor) and advise managers on disciplinary requirements.
- Reporting on all aspects of HR activities including absence, holidays, Over 60 hours working. Weekly KPIs, monthly Training meetings, weekly absence management.
- Lead on SEDEX Audits and support all other audits form an HR perspective
- All admin and filing pertaining to HR confidential documents.
- Manage employee benefits, liaise with payroll on any issues, resolve payroll queries and uplifts.
Minimum CIPD level 3 or equivalent demonstrable experience required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: Up to £31,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
- Human resources: 5 years (preferred)
- Training: 2 years (preferred)
**Language**:
- fluent English (required)
Licence/Certification:
- CIPD level 3 (preferred)
