**Your Role**:
As our Recruitment Coordinator, you will be an essential part of our team and foster a collaborative and welcoming environment. You will have the opportunity to make a real impact by sourcing, attracting, and onboarding top talent across all departments, from General Operations to Managerial roles.

You will be responsible for:

- Creating engaging and dynamic job adverts
- Conducting initial interviews and collaborating closely with department heads
- Managing a smooth, efficient, and timely onboarding process
- Enhance staff attraction
- Enhance recruitment practices
- Providing administrative support to the HR and Training team

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Excellent communication skills, especially with non-native English speakers
- Highly motivated, organised, with excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships
- A passionate and dedicated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to drive cultural change and positively influence the future of the company
- Will consider 30hrs +
