The Director of Site Project Management leads and manages multiple large complex site and /or operations project streams. This role coordinates supports, and assists all aspects of complex, cross-functional, and site projects from original concept throughthe final implementation, ensuring governance process adherence, project continuity, and stakeholder management. The Director of Site Project management also develops project budgets, manufacturing schedules, raw material planning, and drug product supply/demand.S/he actively monitors and reports on project status, risks and decisions required and highlights assumptions and unknowns to ensure full transparency.

The Director of Site Project Management will drive business value by leveraging project management and supply chain expertise to identify and prioritize solutions, and by collaborating across departments to deliver multiple complex projects with significantbusiness impact.

Job summary;
- Manage all aspects of large, complex, and cross-functional site projects or programs, including project plan development, monitoring scope, milestones, dependencies, and costs.
- Responsible for performance against workstream execution, monitoring, and reporting. Create project artifacts, such as project dashboards, measures, team and stakeholder communications, resource, and time management
- Manage key stakeholder and project manager commitment levels and communications.
- Maintain overall plan and logistics from the early development stages of the project through manufacturing, QC testing & QA release of all cGMP batches for clinical and commercial use.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of the Master Production Schedule and proactively provide key production issues and status for Senior Management.
- Identify and highlight risks and issues within a product and escalate appropriately. Devise effective mitigation and escalation strategies for projects to address risks and issues
- Lead governance structures and processes to drive and manage active projects. Manage implementation of project management methodology and governance tools. Drive projects through project governance and ensure compliance to tollgates.
- Lead regular project and program reviews with Project Managers.
- Oversees the hiring, development, retention, and optimal performance of staff for the leadership and execution of PM operations.
- Develops comprehensive operating plans and budgets and monitors the achievement of business and financial goals.
- Develops effective working relationships with both internal and external partners.

- 10+ years of project management and/or supply chain experience,5+ years' management experience, preferably in a GMP environment.
- Detailed knowledge of quality fundamentals, quality control, and quality management systems, including investigational tools.
- Good communication skills at the individual, team, and organizational levels.
- Strong people management skills
- Strong communication skills; fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Strong leadership skills, ability to drive accountability, compliance, and efficiency throughout the department.
- Experience working in a team environment, facilitating a team approach, and communicating effectively
- Ability to plan and manage budgets
- Ability to cope with many topics in parallel, to cope with strict timelines, and to handle pressure
- Team player and the ability to influence others
