**Senior Marketing Manager**

**Location: **Austin, Texas (Blended working available - with one set office day per week)

Search Laboratory is a multi-award winning, integrated digital marketing agency. From our offices in New York, Austin and the UK. We are working on really clever and exciting projects for a broad range of clients.

Due to growth in our Austin office we are now looking for a Senior Marketing Manager. In this role you will be responsible for the creation and execution of the US marketing strategy, as well as delivery, achievement and reporting of performance againstagreed goals.

**What to expect from the role**
- Execute a multi-faceted go-to market plan utilizing a mix of channels and platforms such as SEO, PPC, events, webinars, podcasts, sponsorship and partnerships
- Work within an agreed US market specific strategy and within agreed group branding, reporting, CRM guidelines and standards ??
- Work closely with our US EVP to ensure the marketing activity aligns with our US growth objectives
- Through a mix of direct reports and shared marketing resource motivate and guide the marketing team to deliver a strong performance against our US marketing KPIs???
- Liaising?with other departments within the?business and shared group marketing resource to ensure development of industry-leading marketing content?tailored to the US

target market?
- Create and oversee a calendar of?diverse and?results-focused marketing activities;?ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, to a high standard, and in alignment with our?US company?goals
- Establishing performance goals for all?marketing?activity; monitoring and managing performance on a continual basis to ensure the overall success of the company’s strategic marketing plan??
- With assistance from the wider team, planning, managing and attending all promotional events such as exhibitions and networking events
- Managing the US marketing budget, ensuring we stay within budget or reporting exception decisions clearly??
- Reporting on the marketing elements of the sales funnel?coordinated with the Global Growth Director?
- Reporting in the success or otherwise of marketing campaigns and recommending future?campaigns?
- Management reporting -?reporting marketing activities to the Head of Marketing and Global Growth Director
- Identifying opportunities to raise brand awareness and engagement, including overseeing award submissions?
- Supporting the Growth function to build and maintain the company’s CRM database of suitable leads and potential new business contacts, ensuring all information is accurately recorded and up to date??
- Provide internal marketing services to our People and Client Services teams
- Overseeing the recruitment and training of US marketing personnel??
- To take on additional responsibilities to help achieve the marketing team achieve their goals.

**What we need from you**
- Relevant experience?in a B2B marketing management role
- Experience in creating events / communities in order to facilitate relationship building
- Good technical knowledge of digital marketing channels and techniques, including SEO, PPC, programmatic, and social media?
- Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve??
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills?
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook?
- A logical and data-driven mind?
- Target driven motivation with the ability to work to strict deadlines?
- User experience with CRM and marketing automation systems (Salesforce and Pardot would be of benefit but not essential).
