Our core working hours are, Monday to Thursday, 8.15am-5.15 with an earlier finish on a Friday, 8.15-2.15pm.

Typical Accountabilities include but are not limited to:

-  Champion customer care in everything we do.

 Liaise with customers regarding production, logístical and supply functions.

 Support Area Sales Managers in respect of the customer care journey.

 Support the sales function with customer centric projects - (i.e. Net Promotor Score launch, Price review projects).

 Handle incoming calls, general enquires and central inbox management.

 Product knowledge development and raising of item requests when required.

 Receiving and processing of sales orders, credits, returns and accurate record keeping to ensure SOX auditing compliance.

 Handle import and export shipment transactions through to end point processing.

 Liaise with internal customers and stakeholders when required to obtain or provide customer related information.

**Requirements**:
The ideal Customer Service Representative will have the following:
Experience

Proven experience of direct sales and customer service delivery is essential.

Minimum 5 years within a B2B customer service environment.

Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

Competent in full range of Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience of working in an ERP and or SOP business system.

CRM and CDP experience would be an advantage.

Education

Essential - 5 GCSEs or equivalent at Grade C or above in English and Mathematics.

Desirable - Education to at least NVQ II or equivalent in Business Administration or Customer Services e.g. Principles of Customer Service NCFE Certificate (VRQ) Level 2, NVQ Diploma Level 2 in Business Administration

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
