**Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team at our newest location based in Ellesmere port.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist the sales team in managing schedules, client communications, and administrative tasks.
- Management on inbound, online inquiries and organising client visits
- Prepare and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate the execution of sales agreements and contracts.
- Generate reports on sales performance and assist in analysing data for strategic planning.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Support the development of marketing materials and presentations for client meetings.

**Requirements**:

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
- A team player who is adaptable and willing to learn new processes.
- Knowledge of sales principles and practices is advantageous but not essential.

In return, you will receive a competitive salary along with uncapped commissions.

Pay: £26,000.00-£45,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
