We’ve worked with this client for a long time and we know how great they are, so you will be joining a team that is all about collaboration, fun, and of course hard work **About the role and the company**: The company is on its growth journey and they are looking to further expand the HR team and bring in an HR Administrator to support the busy function. As an HR Administrator, you will be assisting with the full employee lifecycle and will act as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding various HR queries. In terms of day-to-day tasks, you can be dealing with starters, letter & contract generation, processing of leavers, references, change of terms, and more You will also be resolving queries and advising when needed on maternity, paternity & shared parental leave, and absence, you will generate reports and also ensure that the company’s systems are kept up-to-date with the relevant information.
