What will my role look like?
Our HR Operations team is expanding and we have a new opportunity available for a HR Advisor In this role you will support the HR Business Partner through the delivery of an efficient HR service to the business. You will provide comprehensive advice and support to managers in line with employment law and best practice.
You will be an experienced HR Advisor; you will be able to deal confidently with the fast pace of food retail, store managers and line managers and deliver to deadlines when under pressure.
What would my main responsibilities be?
Building strong relationships with key stakeholders within the organisation
Supporting managers in store, you will provide advice and support on employee relation issues including absence management, performance management, disciplinary and grievances
Managing and monitoring immigration
Supporting with the investigation of all disciplinary matters, ensuring employment law and company policy are adhered to
Supporting long-term business objectives through strategic support
Undertaking HR projects in line with the HR Strategy
Involvement in TUPE related matters, providing expert information and guidance to the business and all employees
Handling redundancy situations
Presenting HR updates at Regional Meetings
Ensuring compliance with employment law
You will also be required to undertake ad-hoc HR/projects and other administrative duties from time to time
Producing audits and reports in a timely manner and taking appropriate action
Facilitating review and appraisal processes
Working to improve the efficiency of the HR Function
Updating policies and procedures with the HR Business Partners/ HR Operations Manager
This list is not exhaustive and may be added to or amended from time to time.
You will be an experienced HR Administrator and / or HR Advisor ready for your next move; you will be able to deal confidently with the fast pace of food retail, store managers and line managers and deliver to deadlines when under pressure.
Knowledge of SAP (Success Factors) is desirable.
You will be able to deal with a variety of work in an organised, efficient manner.
