Junior Administrator

Total Fire Safety are looking to recruit a full-time junior administrator to join our Operations team.
We are small business with a friendly office team of 8 people delivering accredited fire risk assessments, fire safety surveys, fire door and fire stopping solutions.
This position is central to the operations department and involves a variety of tasks.
**What we need you to do**:
- Help schedule work orders and projects
- Process completed work by site teams
- Produce weekly operational reports
- Order stock and plant for projects
- Answer incoming calls
**What skills we think you need for this position**:
- You class yourself as competent Microsoft Excel and Word skills
- You have good verbal and written communication skills
- You class yourself as being a good organiser
- Your attention to detail is excellent
- You are a positive and cheerful person
Full training on our industry and the systems we use will be offered to ensure we help you succeed in your role.
