**Type of role: Permanent**
**Location: Newark (with the ability to work from home)**
As part of the small Systems Development and Administration team, the Junior System Administrator will be responsible for supporting and administering some of our core business systems. This will include our monitoring platform ScienceLogic, our HR System SelectHR and Salesforce. In addition to ensuring our core business systems run effectively there will also be opportunities to work on developing new requirements and functionality for these systems to meet business needs.
You will also:
- Active management of incidents and requests.
- Resolution of incidents within agreed SLA’s.
- Perform regular system health checks to ensure optimal running of systems and interfaces.
- Testing of new features and functionality.
- Ensure technical documents and procedures are accurate and up to date.
- Share acquired knowledge with team members.
- Develop reports for teams across the business.
- Develop knowledgebase articles and user guides.
- Development of new functionality to meet business requirements as required within core systems.
- Interact with key business functions and vendors in a professional and collaborative manner.
