**Responsibilty Areas** - Managing the Treasury Operations. - Providing treasury support to the group companies. - Access the feasibility of services obtained by various 3rd party stakeholders. - Assess the cost for various services - Comprehensive Treasury Management Support services including short, medium and long term cash projections for Lycatel Services’ client companies - Developing Treasury’s Policies - Managing and supporting and developing global banking relationships - Managing all bank accounts including all reconciliations and summaries in a timely manner - Ensuring an effective team leadership including the training and development of staff members - Setting objectives and reviewing performance of the team. - Assisting with the introduction of a fully integrated accounting system - Administering an Electronic banking system to support reporting and payments - Administrating bank account services for group companies - Liaising with banks where necessary to provide solutions to support the business requirement - General ad hoc support to the Payment Assistant and Payment Manager - Creating and maintaining all online banking templates - Payment Factory implementation and functional administration of users and static data. - General ad hoc support to the CFO and other executives as required **Knowledge, Education, Experience & Key competencies** - Qualified accountant - AMCT desired. - Minimum 7 years’ experience of working as a Treasury Manager in a multinational corporation. - Experience of FX risk Management and Cash Management - Previous financial processing background must. - Previous experience of electronic banking services / payment processing. - Establishes service target levels and develops strategies for self and team. Regularly evaluates work against standards and makes necessary changes to improve quality - Assesses and evaluates own and others work in commercial terms. Contributes to the organisation’s long term plans and regularly checks and updates knowledge of others. Actively seeks to understand customers’ business - Ensures that the highest standards for ethical behaviour are practised transparently and fairly. Shows discretion when dealing with personal and sensitive information. - Seeks and uses others’ input about critical actions, methodologies and priorities. Sees potentially challenging opportunities and adjusts plans based on input. Regularly monitors and reviews progress for self and others - Probes all available sources for answers and thinks "outside the box"to find options. Looks beyond the obvious and does not stop at the first answer - Uses criteria-based evaluation methods to objectively evaluate possible options. Can always explain the rationale for decisions. Makes decisions based on sound judgement, allocates resources accordingly and gains commitment from others - Establishes challenging goals within team, gives recognition and praise. Always tries a fresh approach, suggests and asks for others ideas to improve quality, efficiency and effectiveness
