**Job Overview**:
Are you ready to kickstart your career with a company that values creativity, collaboration, and innovation? We’re looking for a talented Junior Design & Marketing Assistant to join our Head Office team

In this role, you’ll work closely with our Design and Brand Manager contributing to brand consistency and supporting the creation of digital and print materials. You’ll help design eye-catching digital and print materials that boost customer engagement, support promotional campaigns, and bring our in-store displays to life.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in designing digital and print assets, including social media posts, posters, and website graphics.
- Maintain brand consistency in all designs, following guidelines provided by the Design and Brand Manager.
- Support with photo editing, retouching, and layout adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate on visual concepts for seasonal campaigns and new service launches.
- Managing regular marketing orders and POS rollouts for new product/service launches.
- Liaising with the retail team on any ad hoc requirements.
- Communicating with suppliers to order POS and marketing stock.
- Fulfil collateral and POS orders from our retail estate

**Skills & Experience**:

- At least 2+ years of graphic design experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong design skills with attention to detail and an understanding of brand identity.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience or interest in the beauty or wellness industry is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Video editing skills would be a benefit but not essential.
- A background in retail, beauty or wellness is a benefit but is not essential.
