As our new Facilities and Support Services Manager, you'll be responsible for the delivery of efficient, effective, and flexible facilities and business support service, enabling the successful operation of our complex portfolio.

**This is a permanent, part time opportunity working 4 days per week Monday to Thursday with occasional weekend working (approx 1 weekend per month)**

What you'll be doing You'll be working collaboratively as part of the Portfolio’s leadership team as well as leading a team of two. You'll be known for your exceptional organisational skills and your love of delivering first class support. Comfortable with operational risk management,you'll lead on compliance and environmental management across the portfolio. You'll work to deliver planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance and repairs on our core historic buildings, and visitor facilities.

You'll also be responsible for;
- Facilities Management and business services across a property portfolio
- Leading a team of staff and volunteers, working collaboratively with other Heads of Department and property teams as well as regional colleagues, in order to deliver excellent standards of compliance, maintenance, business services and customer serviceacross the portfolio
- Working within appropriate Trust procedures and conservation guidelines
- Managing our premises, equipment, environmental, and compliance systems to ensure the safe, sustainable, effective, and cost-efficient operation of the portfolio
- Managing provision of cleaning across the portfolio
- Ensure effective and efficient business services for your portfolio including data and records management, responses and queries, correspondence and communication with suppliers, supporters, and visitors along with administration for compliance, finance,and procurement.
Who we're looking for In this role, you'll be providing a comprehensive administration service to your property and team and will be confident using a variety of IT packages to create reports, keep accurate records and communicate internally and externally. You'll be flexible,collaborative and great at prioritising. If you have these skills, we would love to hear from you.
