**Overall purpose of the job**
To support the administration of training delivered to Fire & Rescue Service personnel, including the organising of training resources and the recording of training and competences across the whole training department.
**Main accountabilities**
**Main accountabilities**
To record and report individual training records ensuring accuracy and currency of information. This will include maintaining KPIs around competencies, Training course attendance and monthly reports.
1. Also includes capturing training requirements and qualifications/certificates on the database / learning management systems and supporting the Training Co-ordinator,
Competency Framework Co-ordinator & relevant CRG Managers as required.
To support the Training Co-ordinator and Competency Framework Co-ordinator with the building and mapping of courses on Redkite.
2. This includes managing attendance of courses, closing courses down, and running monthly reports for audit purposes.
To Support the Competency Framework Co-ordinator with administrative tasks such as
3. managing enrolment requirements, leavers and station changes to ensure the accuracy of Training records is maintained.
To support the Training & Development Co-ordinator with the administration of the training & development budget. This will include invoice matching, raising purchase
4. orders when requested, New supplier request forms and general budget administrative tasks on the finance system.
To support the maintenance of course information such as Joining Instructions, Pre
5. course learning documents, Training Prospectus on the local intranet site used by
NFRS.
