**BANKING ADMINISTRATOR**

Payments, people, and precision are three P’s that our payments department are passionate about. As a team they collectively work with high volumes of high value, actioning all payments and queries for our clients. Weatherbys are looking 2 Data Entry Administrators (Payments Administrator) to join our payments team in Wellingborough.

You will join us on a full time, permanent basis working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between the hours of 08:00 and 18:00. As a Data Entry Administrator / Payments Administrator you will join the Operations department providing exemplary standards of customer service and friendly, professional assistance to a wide range of clients. This will include working as part of a team dealing with clients on the telephone, processing both domestic and international payment requests, daily reports, and reconciliation of accounts.

**WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE**
- Assist with a variety of banking tasks, ensuring all individual responsibilities are completed in accordance with bank processes and procedures
- Deal with any calls in a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional manner and to ensure any queries taken are dealt with or passed on correctly and timescales
- Attend regular training sessions and take responsibility for Continuous Professional Development
- Assess and process Domestic and International Payments
- Process all other payment related tasks such a direct debit instruction, standing orders and reconciliations

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
- Accuracy and attention to detail is paramount in this role, you will be working with large figures each day and these need to be accurate
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner as you will be talking to clients
- Previous experience within an administration role would be a nice to have but we can teach you all you need to know
- Confidence to pick up the phone as and when needed, although this is an admin heavy role you will need to be confidence to speak with our clients in a professional and polite manner
