**Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4 pm or 9 am - 5 pm (Negotiable)**
We are seeking a compassionate, organised, and proactive Administrator to join our dedicated team in a dementia care home. This pivotal role ensures the smooth running of administrative operations, supporting both staff and residents in a warm, respectful, and person-centered environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage day-to-day office operations including filing, record-keeping, and correspondence
- Maintain accurate resident records, care plans, and staff documentation
- Assist with invoicing, petty cash, and budget tracking
- Support payroll processing and timesheet management
- Serve as the first point of contact for families, visitors, and professionals
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and training sessions
- Ensure timely communication between departments and external agencies
- Uphold GDPR and safeguarding standards in all documentation
- Support audits and inspections by maintaining up-to-date records
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a care home environment
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong IT proficiency (Microsoft Office, care management systems)
- Understanding of dementia and person-centered care (desirable)
- Knowledge of CQC standards and care sector regulations (advantageous)
