**Job Description**:
We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients to join our team in Newport, Chepstow and Caldicot as a Care Professional.

We have a variety of shifts needed -06.45-15.30 /15.30-23.00

You will be required to work every other weekend on both Saturday and Sunday and you will need to be available for at least 2 evenings a week.

As a Care Professional, you will provide a variety of services to support our clients to live independently in their own homes, such as;
- Home Help i.e. cooking, cleaning, laundry, vacuuming etc.
- Companionship; being a friendly face and supporting with shopping visits, appointments, and community events.
- Personal Care; improving individuals personal hygiene whilst maintaining privacy, dignity, and independence.
