**Learning Support Assistant**

Special Needs Teaching Assistant/Learning Support Assistant (Full Time Position)

Are you a smart, well-spoken, and supportive Special Needs Teaching Assistant?

Do you have what it takes to help lead a class, and support in learning as a Special Needs Teaching Assistant?

Can you be patient, and understanding while taking the initiative as a Special Needs Teaching Assistant?

**If you answered yes above, then this SEN Teaching Assistant role is for you**:

- Teaching Assistant required.
- Teaching Assistant able to commit to a long-term/Full-time contract.
- Teaching Assistant who is a great role model for students.

**The Role**:

- As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will need to be personable, well-spoken, and engaging with your approach to working with the college students aged between 16-24.
- You will be passionate about your work, and always willing to go the extra mile with excellent behaviour management to support your colleagues.
