Key Responsibilities of an Learning Support Assistant:

As an Learning Support assistant you will support pupils individually and in small groups, helping them to access learning across the curriculum and running your own nurture group with SEN children.
Provide targeted support for children with a range of needs

Work collaboratively with teachers and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment

Support the school's values around anti-racism, equity and community engagement

The Ideal Candidate for this Learning Support Assistant vacancy:

In order to work as an Learning Support Assistant, you must remain positive, resilient and have a caring approach to working with children

A team player who is reliable, enthusiastic and proactive

Experience working with primary-aged children is desirable

Experience working with chidren in some sort of professional setting

A commitment to personal and professional growth
