We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Head Baker to lead the team of at our bakery specialising in artisan donuts with creative flavours

The successful Head Baker/Production Manager will be responsible for:

- Help and support the team with daily production of high-quality donuts
- Collaborate with the team to develop new products
- Develop and implement production schedules to ensure efficient and timely production every day.
- Improve our capacity, improve efficiency and reduce waste
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that all products meet the highest standards of taste, appearance, and freshness.
- Ensure allergen and traceability procedures are followed for both wholesale and retail deliveries.
- Maintain procedures to meet the statutory requirements of Government Agencies as well as working towards SALSA accreditation.
- Taking initiative to introduce new systems & procedures to improve the department
- Proven experience as a Head Baker or in a similar leadership role in a bakery, preferably with experience in donuts
- Creativity and ability to develop unique and innovative flavours.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to plan and manage production schedules and inventory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
