Customer Service Advisor

Customer service is key to our business as we have long term customers. We love to have great people in our team who enjoy helping our customers, solving their challenges, and improving their sustainability with new product innovations and charity donations.

Your role:

- Assist customers with delivery and payment enquiries
- Give outstanding support to inbound callers and live chatters
- Help our customers and prospects find the right packaging products
- Help raise awareness of new product and sustainable innovations
- Identify opportunities to grow key relationships with new customers

Key skills:

- Experience in providing great customer service
- Experience working in team
- Strong communication skills & attention to detail
- Ability to work with Outlook, Livechat, and Web-based systems - good IT literacy in general

Not necessary but desirable:

- Ecommerce and packaging knowledge
- Account management and key customer relationship experience

Remuneration:

- The role comes with a remuneration of £20,000 - £23,000 per annum starting salary depending on experience. This is a starting salary, and we operate a model that offers annual increases in line with performance and progression in addition to our discretionary annual profit share bonus.
