**We are seeking** an exceptional **Client Engagement Coordinator **to join our growing team in the UK.
This is a critical role which covers elements of business operations, event planning, and account management. The Client Engagement Coordinator cares deeply about Cultural Intelligence and successfully combines the following skills to work effectively with a diverse customer base:

**Reports to**
This role reports to the UK Account Manager, with additional guidance from the Client Experience and Global Events Manager, and will be part of the growing team in the UK.
**Experience**
The Client Engagement Coordinator should have at least 1-2 years of administrative, planning and/or event coordination experience in a fast-paced, multicultural office environment.
**Professional Focus**
The Client Engagement Coordinator will spend **50%** managing accounts, **35%** coordination and managing events, and **15%** on business administration**.**
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
Account Management
- Update SalesForce with new contacts, leads and opportunities)
- Write order forms/simple services agreements (and eventually proposals)
- Shadow sales calls for follow up
- Provide ongoing communication, administrative and management support to UK clients
- Contributing with marketing ideas to help grow the business
- Event Coordination_
- Assist with events planning/logistics
- Attend external events/conferences
- Session admin for virtual events
- Business Administrative Support_
- When needed.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Ability to edit and proofread written documents.
- Experience working with both internal and external customers.
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills with an ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proactive approach to working remotely.
- Some MS Office experience and understanding of web-based programmes
- Experience with SalesForce is a plus
**Job Details**
Job type: Full-Time
Location: Remote but applicant must be located in UK standard time zone (UTC) and London South is preferred
Base salary range: £28,000 - £35,000
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
