**The Role of Senior Product Manager**:This newly created role due to internal promotion will be managing your own portfolio of products by influencing the roadmap for UK market as well as overseeing the management of two Product Managers withintheir sectors.
- Reporting to Marketing Director
- Management of team
- Influence of roadmap with central teams
- Execution of portfolio management from the local level
- New product introduction from local level/needs of UK market.
- Sales forecast, product pricing, margin.
- Working with marketing, pricing, intelligence, training, and sales
- Lifecycle management
- Performance management of direct reports x3
- KPI reporting

**Requirements for the Senior Product Manager**:A strong B2B Product Manager with a background in manufacturing who is happy working in a matrix system.

- Previous team management or with dotted line reporting.
- Strong stakeholder management
- Influencing roadmap from the central team
- Previous experience promoting via merchants' channels
- Managing large SKU
- Blend of technical and commercial
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills

**Remuneration & Benefits for Senior Product Manager**:Salary based on experience. The
- Salary ranges up to £65,000
- Hybrid working options
- Bonus 15%
- Car allowance £6,000
